This is part of the 2013 TBR Pile Challenge at Roof Beam Reader -- the site that originally lit the fires under our butts to get us delving into our TBR piles in 2011 (Thanks, Adam!) And now we're hooked on it.

  1. Woo hoo! Glad you're both back for 2013! And congrats again on finishing your 2012 lists. I'm going to be just ONE shy! I'm finishing up #11 this weekend. Grrr! Oh, well. Interested to see your thoughts on these in the coming year. I really should read Cloud Atlas (I've owned it for, well, forever). Also hear good things about 1Q84 (it's on a lot of lists this year!). I thought Hunchback of Notre-dame was beautiful, but I didn't enjoy it as much as Les Miserables. And I must, must, must read Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell! I want to read it, but the size keeps putting me off... I've had it for a long time and it sounds so good. Maybe I'll try to get to it this summer, when I've got time off from school. Good luck, ladies!
